About the event

“The first step toward change is awareness. The second step is acceptance." - Psychologist Nathaniel Branden said.

Self Care is not as easy as it sound, and sometime, we have to let go of certain habits that do not serve us anymore, and include new and scary actions into our routine, in order to evolve, to get healtier, to create headspace for a better mental state. But takes time to see results and being patience is key. Is your current routine still serving you, or is this just your comfort zone?

Our retreat's theme comes from the will to change, and the conversation will be about the small stepts that can help us integrate a "future me" into the picture. The 5 hours experience is designed to bring you to the present moment, and to take the first step towards the "future you".

A creative workshop guided by Eloise Tery, a gentle somatic/dance movement session with Kathleen, and a nutritional communal meal from the best chefs, we are delighted to bring all back into the room and meet you all.

Limited tickets available!

Creative workshop with  Eloise

In this drawing workshop we'll be investigating the relationships we have with ourselves and how we presently and previously practiced self care - if at all. We'll discuss and share how we can develop practices which enable us to keep our emotions and wellbeing in check during our day-to-day lives.

We are each wonderfully individual, so what works for one may not work for another.

We'll contemplate these practices individually and as a group, channeling these learnings into a creative outlet. Through drawing, using various mediums, we'll create mindful tokens, focusing on these self care techniques, which we'll take home serving as meditative reminders to our future selves.

Gentle somatic/dance movement session with Kathleen

During this 90 minute guided session, we will explore using the breath, and a range of somatic and dance-based movement practices, to bring deeper levels of presence and awareness into ourselves, tapping into places of internal listening and connection.

This workshop will open a space for finding pleasure, and perhaps soft release, through gentle, mindful movement, and offer tools to help build a quality self-care practice, accessing unique wisdoms stored within our bodies.

Expect soothing, groovy tunes, wear loose and super comfy clothing and bring a curious heart. No dance experience required.

Catering to be decided

A vegan/vegetarian selection of healthy and nutritional food, bufet style.
