Create time for yourself this winter and get cozy.
Our retreats this winter are here to help you prioritize self care. Winding down, connect to your creative energy and find balance and harmony with the seasons in order to build new habits which help us connect to our body and our mind.
Part 3 Winter - 17th of February 2024 - Resting and preparing for new growth. Willpower
This is a series of events connected to change in season (every season has a series of 3 monthly events), and the impact on our deeper layers, as we are also part of nature.

60 minutes classic Hatha Yoga class led by Katie | @bud_yoga. Katie is trained in classical Hatha Yoga, her classes are grounding and restorative. Katie's yoga style is suitable for all experience levels and she aims to foster a welcoming and inclusive space in which everyone can fully relax and experience the benefits of yoga for body, mind, and soul.
Creative workshop | @jo_peel. Jo Peel is an artist. Within her work, Jo observes the changing urban landscape and the human stories that connect us; not only to one another, but also to our environment. She showcases these ideas through many disciplines, from painting and large-scale murals to animations, films, and installations, often using circular narratives to demonstrate the connectedness between all things.
60 minutes Yin Yoga class led by Morgane Sansay | @morgane.sansay. After a motorcycle accident Morgane discovered yoga and practicing it became part of her physical recovery. Training and teaching it became part of her deep soul healing. Her insipration and teaching style comes from all around the world, and her style is creative, full of passion care and gentleness. She loves to convey yoga as an art and a lifestyle and for her students to dicover their own way of practicing it.
Delicios vegan food by Eloise Lewis |@crisps_n_dips.
Eloise is a creative soul who finds solace in painting and cooking.
She uses these two main outlets of creativity as a form of self-care and mindfulness. Whether chopping veggies or simmering a stew, she finds happiness in the simple act of preparing food with intention and love, particularly with and for others. Community and connection are vital parts of Eloise’s ethos. Living in any city can be rather demanding, so striving to keep a balance between day – day necessities and fostering these outlets is important to Eloise, and she believes this being a vital aspect of our wellbeing.
