Holistic Workplace Wellbeing for Healthier, Happier Teams
At Abuelita’s, we are here for more than just a one-off session. We aim to transform your teams' wellbeing. While a chair massage day and ergonomic assessments can help, the true impact comes from ongoing commitment and a holistic approach. One size does not fit all.
We go beyond easing physical aches and pains, offering Healthy Nutrition Programmes, Moving Meditation Workshops, Yoga, and Sound Baths. Regular wellbeing support boosts your team's health, creativity, and productivity, while setting you apart as an employer who truly cares.
And here’s the cherry on top: as a Community Interest Company, by working with us, you’re also supporting a greater cause. Every programme helps fund free therapy for women in need. This year, we are partnering with MamaSuze CIC to support refugee groups through wellbeing initiatives. For every £2000 spent, we organise one wellbeing day for six refugee women, ensuring your investment in workplace wellness uplifts the wider community. Together, we create healthier teams and stronger communities.

Why Workplace Wellbeing Matters
Long hours at a desk and short breaks often filled with admin tasks can cause stress, aches, and reduced focus, impacting both productivity and morale. In the UK alone:
-
Over 875,000 workers reported stress, anxiety, or depression in 2022/23
-
1 in 5 employees take time off due to stress-related issues
-
11% of workers experience daily stress and physical discomfort from prolonged desk work
Our holistic approach cares for existing issues and prevents future ones, ensuring employees feel supported physically and mentally.
