Be.Stretch® Therapy at Abuelita’s is a restorative stretch therapy offered in Hackney and Islington, designed to release deep tension, support mobility, and calm the nervous system. Through supported movement and mindful touch, this therapy helps the body soften, reset, and return to balance.

Be.Stretch® Therapy in short
Be.Stretch® Therapy is a deeply restorative bodywork practice that goes beyond flexibility. It supports the body in releasing long held tension while calming the nervous system and restoring a sense of ease, connection, and flow. Long, slow, supported stretches reaching the deep tension that self-stretching usually doesn't touch. With Noémie at our Hackney and Islington studio. Sessions 60, or 90 minutes.

What a Stretch Therapy session involves
A session starts with a conversation about where you feel tight, where you've tried to stretch and not got far, and any injuries or limitations Noémie should know about. You'll lie or sit on the table, fully clothed (loose, comfortable layers help).
Noémie moves your body through supported stretches at your edge, never beyond it. Some breath cues to deepen the work. Hands-on assistance to reach specific areas that are difficult to access on your own. The pace is slow. You stay relaxed; the practitioner does the work.
Most people leave feeling lighter, longer, and noticeably looser in places they didn't realise were locked
