At Abuelita’s Wellbeing, we’re committed to making holistic care accessible to those who need it most. By booking our services, partnering with us, or donating, you support our mission to provide complementary 1:1 therapies and community events for individuals facing economic or social challenges.

Donations help us continue and grow our work as a Community Interest Company, making holistic care accessible to people who would otherwise go without. Your support contributes directly to offering free and low cost therapies, community wellbeing sessions, and educational initiatives for women and individuals facing social or economic barriers.
By donating, you help sustain our core work, cover therapy costs, support practitioners, and ensure our programmes can run with care, dignity, and continuity.

Who are we supporting?
As part of our mission to bring holistic therapies to those who need them most, we are proud to partner with MamaSuze CIC, a women-led arts organisation dedicated to enhancing the lives of women survivors of forced displacement and gender-based violence through weekly creative workshops. MamaSuze offers a joyful, welcoming space where women can connect, express themselves, and build resilience. These sessions foster confidence, identity, and community through shared creativity and play.
In complementing their mission, we provide holistic therapies and self-care education.
Together, MamaSuze and Abuelita's Wellbeing are creating safe, inclusive environments where women can explore their creativity, rebuild confidence, and find strength in community. This collaboration combines the healing power of art with holistic wellbeing practices to support women on their journeys toward empowerment and self-discovery.
