What Chiropractic Care
helps with

  • Persistent tension from desk-based work, back, neck, shoulders, hips

  • Postpartum recovery, once cleared

  • Recovery between sport or training blocks

  • Restricted range of motion , when the same self-stretches stop helping

  • Tension headaches and TMJ-related jaw tension

  • Chronic tension that's resisted lighter massage work

  • Persistent musculoskeletal tension that hasn't responded to massage alone

  • With extensive experience working with people with hypermobility, neurodiversity, and sensitive bodies, she carefully adapts every assessment and treatment to what feels comfortable and appropriate for you. If clicking isn't your thing, don't worry—she has a range of other techniques that can achieve the same results.

What a Chiropractic Care session involves

First visit (45 minutes): Includes a careful history, postural and movement assessment, and discussion of what's likely going on. The hands-on treatment in the first session is often shorter than subsequent visits, getting the assessment right matters more.

Subsequent sessions (20 or 30 minutes): Include hands-on adjustments where appropriate, plus soft-tissue work and home exercise recommendations. Adjustments are precise, controlled, and at a force that suits your body,  never forced.

Most clients see meaningful change within 3–6 sessions for acute issues, and benefit from longer-term maintenance for chronic ones.

Depending on your needs, chiropractic treatment may include:

  • Spinal and joint manipulations, when appropriate

  • Joint mobilisations to improve movement and reduce stiffness

  • Soft tissue therapy to release tension and support recovery

  • Dry needling (Western medical acupuncture)

  • Individualised exercise and movement guidance

  • Lifestyle, postural, and ergonomic advice

All treatment plans are developed together with you, based on clinical findings, your preferences, and how your body responds over time. This ensures care remains adaptable, informed, and centred on what genuinely supports your health.
