What Is Chair Massage?
We deliver on-site chair massage in your London office. Practitioners come fully equipped: chair, oils, music, everything. Each employee gets a 20 or 30 minute session. Available as one-off days, monthly visits, bi-monthly, or weekly residencies. Minimum 3-hour booking. Available morning, lunch, or afternoon slots. London-based offices only.

Why Chair Massage works
Chair massage is the highest-engagement wellbeing intervention we offer corporates. There are three reasons:
-
It's tangible. Employees actually feel something happening in their body, unlike an EAP that sits in an email or a mindfulness app that lives on someone's phone.
-
It's accessible. People who'd never book a wellbeing service for themselves will sit down for 20 minutes when it's offered in the office.
-
It addresses what desk work actually does. Shoulders, neck, mid-back, head — the four places desk-based bodies hold tension. Twenty minutes of focused work makes a measurable difference.

Research shows that regular workplace massage can reduce stress and support both physical and mental health, contributing to a healthier and more resilient workforce.
How chair massage works
We bring everything, specialist massage chair, oils, music, aromatherapy if you want it. All you need is a quiet corner or a private room. Each employee books a 20-minute or 30-minute slot, kept fully clothed throughout. Treatment focuses on back, neck, shoulders, arms, and head.
Practitioners can usually see 3 employees per hour (20-min slots) or 2 per hour (30-min slots). Three hour minimum means a single therapist covers 6–9 employees per visit; multiple therapists scale this.
We can run as one-off days, lunchtime visits, monthly residencies, or weekly schedules — depending on what fits your team and budget.

Wellbeing that gives back
When you book with us, you’re giving back. Every booking directly funds therapy for people facing economic barriers, including refugee women and those living with chronic pain or PTSD.

What chair massage helps with
-
Tension in the upper back, shoulders, and neck (the desk-worker triad)
-
Tension headaches
-
Mid-afternoon energy slumps
-
Eye strain (head and neck work helps surprisingly here)
-
Stress and the body's response to it
-
And, meaningfully, showing your team you actually invest in them, which has retention and engagement value beyond the massage itself
