How does holding a membership benefit you, us, and support another
By becoming a member, you’re not just investing in yourself—you’re helping those in need. Your membership enables us to offer essential care to individuals facing physical and mental health challenges who cannot afford it.
This year, we’ve partnered with MamaSuze CIC to support survivors of forced displacement and gender-based violence.
Each All-Inclusive Membership directly supports a woman in refuge by covering one free therapy session for her.
Beyond that, for every 5 "One" Memberships or 3 "Duo" Memberships purchased, we provide 3 additional free therapy sessions per year to a woman in refuge. We believe that everyone deserves access to wellbeing services, but we can’t do it alone. Your support helps us extend care to those who need it most. Thank you for being part of something bigger.
Monthly Membership One
60 Minutes - £75
90 Minutes - £105
- 1 x 60 or 90-minute massage session per month
- Enjoy 5% off all additional therapies you book, including extra massages.. Please note: this discount doesn’t apply to other promotions, such as additional package purchases. However, we may be able to offer a personalised discount depending on your individual circumstances
- 5% off on vouchers purchased for friends and family
- Transferable appointment - if you cannot make it, you can either move it to next month, gift it to a dear friend/family member OR
- Pause membership for up to two months per year
- One Free Yoga Class per month (Monday Evenings)
- Be the first to find out about wellbeing events and get to book it with an early bird price
- Price lock for the whole year - no need to worry about price increase.
- Cancel anytime after 6 months.
Monthly Membership Duo
60 minutes x 2 - £140
90 minutes x 2 - £200
- 2 x 60 or 90-minute massage sessions per month (for one or partners)

*Choose massage sessions of 60 minutes long when you book, all the other therapies are the length shown on the booking system
