An invitation to press the pause button at the start of each week.
Every Monday evening Jen will guide you through a sequence of gentle flowing movements and into stillness. Each class aims to balance the rhythms of the body with the seasons, to soothe your mind through connecting breath and movement, and is an invitation for you to open up to your own experience.
All proceeds from this class go directly to Abuelita's funds to support refugee women referred by MamaSuze CIC - an arts-based organisation run by an all-female team, created to build community and inspire women and children refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants.
