Integrative Care
in London
A personalised, multi-therapy approach to lasting wellbeing, built around your body, your history, and your goals.
Rather than focusing on a single treatment, we take the time to look at the bigger picture, your body, your lifestyle, your nervous system, and how different therapeutic approaches can work together to support lasting change. We offer integrative care packages at our studios in Hackney and Islington.

Personalised Support for Chronic Pain, Burnout, and Injury Recovery
At Abuelita’s, we believe that the body rarely needs just one solution. Many conditions, whether chronic pain, stress-related tension, injury recovery, or long-term imbalance , benefit from a combination of therapies working together.
This is why we offer Integrative Care Packages: personalised treatment plans that bring together different practitioners and disciplines to support your wellbeing over time.
Our Collaborative Approach to Wellness
By combining therapies in a coordinated way, we support different layers of healing, from physical structure and muscular balance to movement patterns and nervous system regulation.
Our integrative plans in Hackney and Islington include:
-
Nervous system regulation techniques

Heading 2
Who is this for?
This space is held for those who are ready to commit to a gradual, supportive process rather than a temporary fix. Our programmes are particularly helpful if you:
-
Experience recurring or long-term physical pain.
-
Are recovering from a sports injury or surgery.
-
Feel physically and mentally burnt out by the pace of London life.
-
Are looking for a structured, professional health plan that looks at the "whole you."
Your journey,
how it works
1. Integrative Assessment
You begin with a 2-hour Integrative Assessment with Simona.
This session includes: A detailed health history about your health and goals, movement assessment, and a hands-on massage treatment.
Initial assessment price: £150
From here, we create a personalised recommendation for your care.
In some cases, one of our other therapists may also suggest an integrative plan based on the work they are already doing with you.
2.Your Integrative Plan
Based on your assessment, we create a 3–6 month plan with 2 or 3 complementary therapies working together. We start with frequent support to encourage change and gently space sessions out as your body stabilises and finds its footing.
Sessions may take place across both of our locations, depending on the practitioners involved.
3.Collaborative Care
While we have extensive experience supporting many conditions, there may be times when something falls outside our scope of practice.
In those situations, we may recommend that you speak with your GP or a medical specialist, particularly if you are already receiving care for a specific condition.
We are always happy to collaborate with other professionals involved in your care, ensuring you receive the most appropriate support.

Most programmes run between 3 and 6 months, though some people continue longer depending on their needs and goals.
Often yes. Integrative care works best when different therapies complement each other, so you may work with two or more practitioners depending on your plan.
Absolutely. Your plan is flexible and will evolve depending on how your body responds to the treatments.
If we believe your condition would benefit from medical input, we may recommend that you consult your GP or specialist. We are also happy to work alongside other professionals involved in your care.
Yes. Because integrative care often involves multiple sessions, we offer package discounts and instalment options to make the process more manageable.
That is completely fine. The assessment session can still provide valuable insight and guidance, and you can decide what level of support feels right for you.
